Steve Leone, Co-Founder/Director; is a Principal at Spiezle Architectural Group, Inc., and a licensed architect with over twenty-five years of experience in the field. Throughout his career his focus has been senior living & senior health care environments. It was on the same fall day in 2010 that Steve met with Brian then separately with Jack and Nancy for seemingly unrelated purpose. Separately, the meetings paralleled in discussion regarding the future of senior living environments and elders ability to live more enriched lives within existing communities. Realizing that this was more than coincidence, Steve suggested that these and a few other friends, begin to meet more regularly to engage in this specific subject. And so LEAPp was born. Steve is an active member of LeadingAge and has been a guest speaker at various LeadingAge conferences. Steve is a Trustee of the NJ Foundation for Aging and member of the Education Committee of the NJ Alliance for Culture Change. Contact Steve at; firstname.lastname@example.org
